Role: Utilities Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Liverpool

Due to the expansion of the business an exciting role has become available for a Utilities Manager. We are a giant within the Chemical Process industry and are looking for an experienced manager to ensure we stay at the forefront of the market.

The role:

Ensure that the utilities are produced and distributed in a manner that meets Safety, Quality, Cost, Environmental and Service Requirements.Ensure access to equipment in order that maintenance activities and programs are carried out in a proactive manner to improve Safety, Reliability, Quality and Efficiency.Oversee all aspects of the Utilities, shift operations including labour resource management that ensures operational standards and key result areas are achievedThe point of contact for our internal customers in the event of any interruption in utility supply

The successful candidate:

Degree in Scientific/Engineering disciplineExperience of managing a team, establishing clear goals and expectations for the teamExperience of managing and having responsibility for budgets within a Utility settingExperience of formulating and implementing continuous improvement strategies

Role: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a growing team of craft technicians for a global giant within the chemical manufacturing industry. This positions main priority is to provide supervision to the craft technicians to support them in their activities, whilst also ensuring quality and safety are maintained.

The role:

Provide maintenance engineering support for the craft technicians.Advise and coach technicians in maintenance tasks.Organise and co-ordinate maintenance schedules with maintenance planners.Accountable for safe, efficient and timely maintenance completion by the craft techniciansHighlights deficiencies within maintenance system, and fix/escalates as appropriate (spares, PMs)Request and facilitate work order execution for craft technicians.Work with planners to ensure required staffing is available to complete required maintenance activities.

What we're looking for:

Engineering degree or equivalentExperience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within a chemical siteExperience of leading a team

Job Title: Site Electrical Engineer

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

We are industry leaders within the chemical manufacturing industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to be the site discipline engineer for the electrical discipline. Acting as the duty holder in relation to statutory requirements as outlined by COMAH.

The Role:

Provide Engineering and Technical advice to site where needed

Responsible for ensuring the site management system is up to date as per UK legislation

Act as the electrical specialist for excavation and switch room permits

Hold responsibilities relating to DSEAR

Act as Key Member of the emergency response team

May have to act as Project Manager for certain projects on site

What we're looking for:

Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering applications in large industrial manufacturing sitesKnowledge and applicaition of electrical sstandards and legal requirements

Experienced in the management and maintenance of:

HV/LV distribution systemsEarthing and lighting protection systemsDSEARElectrical inspection and testing
