Smart4Sciences is recruiting for a Quality Control Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QC professional to lead a Quality Control team responsible for ensuring the testing, release, and compliance of pharmaceutical products within a highly regulated GMP environment.
The RoleLead, mentor, and develop the Quality Control teamOversee routine QC testing and product release activitiesReview analytical data, laboratory investigations, deviations, and CAPAsEnsure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company quality standardsManage analytical method validation, transfer, and continuous improvement activitiesSupport audits and maintain inspection readinessPrepare and review QC documentation, SOPs, and laboratory recordsDrive a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellenceThe CandidateDegree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific disciplineProven experience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical QC environmentPrevious leadership, supervisory, or management experience within Quality ControlStrong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and related laboratory instrumentationExcellent understanding of GMP, investigations, deviations, and CAPAsStrong communication, organisation, and people management skillsIf you're looking to progress your career within Quality Control leadership and make a real impact within a growing pharmaceutical organisation, Smart4Sciences would love to hear from you.
