  • Working with polymers, thermoplastics, additives or masterbatch materials.

  • Assisting with product development, trials and scale-up activities.

  • Operating laboratory equipment and supporting practical processing activities.

  • Investigating technical issues and helping identify suitable solutions.

  • Contributing to project work and, where relevant, communicating technical information to customers.

What we're looking for:

  • A background in chemistry, polymer science, materials science or a related discipline, or relevant hands-on technical experience.

  • Exposure to plastics, polymers, thermoplastics, masterbatch, compounding or a closely related manufacturing environment.

  • Practical laboratory skills and an interest in material development or technical problem-solving.

  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute to a wider technical team.

  • Strong communication skills for positions involving technical support or customer interaction.

Relevant industrial experience is important. Depending on the position, a degree may be preferred, while advanced research-focused opportunities may suit candidates with an MSc or PhD in polymer science or a related subject.
